Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking a hands-on Sanitation Manager for the 2nd shift to lead sanitation activities in a fast-paced Lawrence, MA production environment. The role requires establishing clean, compliant sanitation practices and building a dependable sanitation team on site.

You will supervise daily sanitation tasks, coach staff, ensure proper cleaning, sanitizing, disassembly and reassembly of equipment, and maintain thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on sanitation experience in food manufacturing or production.
• Experience leading sanitation employees and managing performance.
• Knowledge of facility and production-equipment sanitation.
• Ability to enforce procedures and drive accountability.
• Comfort with computer-based reporting and scheduling.
• Availability for 2nd shift and flexibility to support other shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily sanitation activities across production areas and equipment.
• Interview, onboard, schedule, coach, and evaluate sanitation employees.
• Ensure cleaning, sanitizing, equipment disassembly, and reassembly follow established procedures.
• Monitor sanitation conditions, respond to contamination events, and minimize production downtime.
• Correct sanitation non-conformities and reinforce safety and housekeeping expectations.
• Complete daily reports, recaps, goals, schedules, and required documentation using a computer.
