Job summary

Lineage is seeking a safety professional to administer the Lineage Safety Program on the 2nd shift in Wisconsin. The role focuses on maintaining a safe, regulated environment and promoting a culture of incident-free operations, with pay starting at $21/hr.

Responsibilities include audits, safety policy communication, accident investigations, and records management. Ideal candidates have 2 years in safety compliance and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years’ related experience in safety compliance roles.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and employer obligations for work-related injuries.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Lineage Safety Program to ensure a safe, controlled environment and follow regulatory and company standards.
• Work with leadership on processes and procedures to prepare for audits.
• Partner with Operations to resolve facility and customer issues.
• Conduct accident investigations and enforce safety policies.
• Lead meetings to communicate safety policies and address safety/quality issues.
• Monitor safety supplies and notify of replacements.
• Maintain accurate recordkeeping (logs, binders, records).
• Attend training sessions and events requested by Operations.
