Job summary

Lineage Logistics is looking for a Safety Program Administrator to drive a safe, compliant environment across facilities. You will work with leadership to prepare for audits, partner with Operations to resolve issues, and lead safety policy trainings.

Responsibilities include investigations, policy reinforcement, and accurate recordkeeping. The role requires knowledge of regulations, strong communication, and the ability to operate in varied warehouse temperatures and noise levels.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of related safety compliance experience.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, governing bodies and employer obligations.
• Proficient in MS Office and recordkeeping.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Lineage Safety Program to ensure a safe, controlled environment.
• Prepare for internal and external audits with leadership.
• Partner with Operations to resolve facility and customer issues.
• Conduct accident investigations and reinforce safety policies.
• Lead meetings on new/changed safety policies and procedures.
