Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift to maintain and repair resort facilities. The role covers HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, cabinetry, tile and other systems at Orange Lake Resort.

You will troubleshoot, perform skilled finish work, and work with a team to prepare guest villas and facilities. Attention to safety, documentation, and fast problem resolution are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent in work experience or vocational training.
• At least three to four years of field experience with trade school a plus.
• Maintenance with a resort and/or hotel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and handle in-house repairs regarding HVAC, tile, wallboard, carpentry, cabinetry, laminate replacement, and granite repairs.
• Assists guests and staff in the resolution of unit maintenance, housekeeping and facility concerns.
• Utilize specific hand and power tools required to accomplish all phases of projects from rough-in carpentry to trim cabinetry.
• Perform any other duties deemed necessary by the Facility Operations Manager or equivalent manager.
