Job summary
Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated is seeking a General Maintenance Technician IV to perform skilled maintenance in electrical and fire-life-safety systems at the Orange Lake Resort in Kissimmee, FL. The role requires a Journeyman Electrician license and a hands-on approach to repair work and preventive maintenance.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical systems, maintaining safety logs, and supporting guest villa repairs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of three years combination of work experience and/or vocational training.
- Maintenance experience at journeyman level in multiple areas of facilities maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Preventative maintenance on Emergency Lighting systems property-wide.
- Preventative maintenance on Fire, Life Safety Systems equipment as scheduled.
- Assist in the Test and Inspection of Fire, Life Safety Systems.
- Perform troubleshooting and/or repairs of electrical systems.
- Repair/replace any or all of the above equipment.
- Maintain Fire, Life Safety logs.
