Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations in Florida is seeking a General Maintenance Technician II to perform skilled maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, drywall, painting, carpentry, and electrical systems. The role requires a minimum of three years of related experience and the ability to work safely and independently.

You will troubleshoot repairs, assist guests and staff with facility concerns, and use a range of hand and power tools to complete tasks from rough-in carpentry to trim work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent in work experience or vocational training.
• 3–4 years of field experience; trade school is a plus.
• Maintenance experience in a resort or hotel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, tile work, drywall and related systems.
• Assist guests and staff with maintenance and facility concerns.
• Use hand and power tools for carpentry, cabinetry, trim, and finish work.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Facility Operations Manager.
