Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated seeks a General Maintenance Technician to perform skilled repairs and preventive maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, painting, electrical and appliance servicing at our resort properties. The role requires 2+ years of experience, independence and problem-solving in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting in-house issues, assisting guests and staff with facility concerns, and using hand and power tools for projects

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent in work experience or vocational training.
• 3–4 years of field experience; trade school a plus.
• Maintenance with a resort and/or hotel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform in-house repairs for HVAC, appliances, tile, painting, and carpentry.
• Assist guests and staff with maintenance, housekeeping, and facility concerns.
• Use hand and power tools for projects from rough-in carpentry to trim cabinetry.
