Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to perform skilled repairs and preventive maintenance across plumbing, drywall, carpentry, painting, electrical, cabinetry, tile, laminates, and appliance servicing at guest villas. Requires 2–5 years of field experience; resort/hotel maintenance preferred.

Must use hand and power tools, follow safety procedures, and be able to work weekends and holidays; bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires 2–5 years of field maintenance experience.
• Maintenance with a resort or hotel is preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Must follow safety procedures and paperwork.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle in-house repairs including tile work, painting, drywall, carpentry, cabinetry, and granite repairs.
• Assist guests and staff in resolving unit maintenance concerns.
• Use hand and power tools to complete projects from rough-in to trim.
• Perform duties as assigned by Engineering Manager.
