Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three to four years of field experience with trades is preferred.
• Maintenance in resort/hotel setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform in-house repairs across HVAC, tiling, painting, wallboard, carpentry, cabinetry, laminate, granite.
• Assist guests and staff with unit maintenance, housekeeping and facility concerns.
• Use hand and power tools to complete project phases from rough-in to trim work.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Facility Operations Manager.
