Job summary
Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated is seeking a General Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift (3pm–11:30pm) with weekend availability. The role covers HVAC, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, painting, electrical, and more. Requires 2+ years in related trades and a valid driver’s license; bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3–4 years of field experience; trade school a plus.
- Maintenance with a resort and/or hotel preferred.
- Bilingual a plus.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and handle in-house repairs regarding HVAC, tile, wallboard, carpentry, cabinetry, laminate, and granite repairs.
- Assist guests and staff in resolving maintenance, housekeeping, and facility concerns.
- Use specific hand and power tools to complete projects from rough-in carpentry to trim work.
- Perform other duties as needed by the Facility Operations Manager.
