Job summary

Woodward is hiring a 2nd shift (Monday-Friday) Level II Repair & Overhaul Technician to support the FMU department at our Loves Park Campus. The role requires teardown, assembly and testing following documented procedures and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Strong experience in repair and overhaul operations, plus proficiency with inspection tools and effective communication, are highly valued. Safety, Lean practices, and continuous improvement are emphasized in daily work.

Qualifications

• Repair and overhaul experience in Prop/Sensor production line.
• Proficient in using inspection and quality tools.
• Experience troubleshooting complex mechanical problems.

Responsibilities

• Teardown, assembly and test product following SOPs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for analysis and scope of work.
• Contribute to 5S and organization improvements.
• Support safety protocols and continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with team and supervisors to resolve issues.
