CHEERWINE is seeking a Part-Time Quality-Inventory Control Clerk (2nd shift) in Colfax, NC. The role verifies inventory, processes orders, maintains records, reconciles discrepancies, and coordinates with shipping to ensure accurate shipments and inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred; familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and WMS.
• Regularly lift up to 20 lbs and up to 40-50 lbs occasionally.
• Detail-oriented and dependable for Monday–Friday shifts.

Responsibilities

• 2nd shift: 1 p.m.–7 p.m. Monday through Friday (or until the delivery trucks have come in).
• Audit daily delivery route paperwork for accuracy.
• Audit customer payments against the delivery route paperwork.
• Inspect returned product for damages and record it in Encompass.
• Work with drivers to reinstate returned product to inventory per procedures.
• Verify SKU accuracy, inspect for damages, and update shipping/receiving logs, BOLs, and inventory records.
