Qualifications

• Experience preferred; computer skills in Word, Excel, and WMS.
• May regularly lift up to 20 lbs and 40-50 lbs occasionally.
• Detail-oriented and dependable to work Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Verify inventory and reconcile discrepancies; coordinate with shipping.
• Audit daily route paperwork for accuracy per procedures.
• Audit customer payments against route paperwork.
• Inspect returned product for damages; log in Encompass.
• Work with drivers to reinstate returned items in inventory.
• Check load accuracy; update shipping/receiving logs and BOLs.
• Maintain high accuracy; use WMS and data entry systems.
• Liaise between management, warehouse, and sales/delivery teams.
• Keep workspace organized; conduct down-stocking as needed.
• Follow SOPs and safety procedures.
