Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Quality Control - 2nd shift professional in Whitsett, NC to lead a warehouse team and ensure efficient, accurate operations. You’ll supervise staff, coordinate order receipt and storage, and maintain safety standards in a busy distribution environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 5+ years in warehousing, forklift certification, and strong teamwork and communication skills. A customer-focused mindset will support our diverse logistics operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; typically five years of warehousing or related logistics experience.
• Forklift certification typically required within 3–6 months of hire; valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools and basic warehouse software applications.
• Team leadership, training staff, and coordinating workload in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
• Serve as a lead to staff and provide work direction; train employees across operations.
• Perform forklift operations for heavy and oversized items.
• Coordinate receipts, storage and distribution of materials and products.
• Operate hand tools to prepare and package items; ensure accurate inventory records.
• Prepare and verify forms, labels and documents for inventory control.
• Oversee warehouse maintenance and resolve operational concerns.
• Prepare and assemble orders, pick materials and load for delivery.
