Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Typically at least five years of warehousing or related logistics experience.
• Forklift certification within 3–6 months of hire; valid state driver's license preferred.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools and use warehouse equipment; basic software literacy.
• Ability to supervise staff and provide training and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
• Serve as a lead to staff, provide work direction, and train employees in all operational areas.
• Perform all forklift requirements, including handling heavy and oversized pieces.
• Coordinate receipts, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, and products.
• Operate hand tools to close/open crates and prepare shipments; ensure accurate inventory
• Oversee warehouse maintenance tasks and address potential operational concerns.
