Church & Dwight Co., Inc. in Mason City, IA is hiring a Production Technician for the 2nd shift, Mon-Fri, 2:00pm–10:00pm.

The role oversees the production process from receipt of raw materials to finished goods; operating packaging equipment and warehousing tasks while following GMP and HACCP. The ideal candidate has a HS diploma, 1–4+ years in manufacturing, and familiarity with fermentation, mixing, or bulk materials is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma / GED is required.
• Associate degree or technical certification in Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Animal Science, or related field preferred.
• 1–4+ years in manufacturing, feed production, or industrial setting desirable.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operation and control of the production process from raw materials to finished goods.
• Operate packaging equipment and manage warehousing tasks following GMP and HACCP.
• Receive raw materials and maintain accurate log sheets and production records.
• Assist maintenance activities and lab analyses on raw and finished goods.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow PPE requirements.
