Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Associate degree or technical certification in Manufacturing or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, feed production, or industrial setting beneficial.
• Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment preferred.
• Strong communication and basic computer literacy; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production activities during the shift, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Operate packaging, warehousing, and dryer equipment per SOP.
• Maintain production records and log sheets; ensure sampling and quality checks.
• Coordinate with team, assist in maintenance tasks and lab analyses as needed.
• Follow HACCP, GMP, feed safety requirements and PPE rules.
