Church & Dwight Co., Inc. in Mason City, IA is seeking a Resource Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 2:00pm–10:00pm).

The role oversees the production process, from raw material receipt to finished goods load-out, operating packaging equipment, warehousing, and dryer responsibilities. The position requires adherence to GMP and HACCP, strong attention to documentation, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma / GED is required.
• Associate degree or technical certification in Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Animal Science, or related field is preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing, feed production, or industrial setting is beneficial.
• Experience with fermentation, mixing, or bulk material handling is a plus.
• Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all production activities during the assigned shift, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and teamwork.
• Act as the primary contact and supervise in the absence of the Operations Supervisor.
• Monitor production line parameters, mixing, and fermentation as assigned.
• Perform packaging, loading, inventory management, and raw material receiving with minimal assistance.
• Assist in maintenance and lab analysis on raw/finished goods.
• Oversee start-up and shutdown of the manufacturing process.
• Ensure documentation of logs and production records are accurate.
