Job summary

Church & Dwight's Mason City, IA facility is seeking a Fermentation Technician on 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00am-2:00pm) to support the production of Animal Nutrition Products. You will oversee mixing, fermentation, and packaging operations, ensuring schedules and customer specs are met.

You will operate and monitor equipment, perform sanitation, maintain QA logs, and follow GMP and HACCP procedures. Minimum HS Diploma; preferred assoc degree or technical cert and 3–6 years in manufacturing, with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• 3–6 years manufacturing experience beneficial.
• Experience with fermentation, mixing, or bulk handling a plus.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production line parameters and fermentation as assigned.
• Oversee start-up and shutdown of manufacturing process.
• Operate packaging and warehousing activities per SOPs.
• Ensure feed safety compliance and HACCP adherence.
• Maintain accurate production records and logs.
