Job summary

Church & Dwight Mason City facility is seeking a Resource Operator on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00pm-10:00pm). The role oversees production, packaging, warehousing, and dryer operations, following GMP and HACCP guidelines.

You will ensure safety, efficiency, and accurate document control while coordinating with team members. Responsibilities include start-up/shut-down of processes, material receiving, quality checks, and maintaining logs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma / GED is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing, feed production, or industrial setting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all production activities during the assigned shift, ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Act as the primary point of contact in the absence of the Operations Supervisor.
• Monitor production line parameters, mixing and fermentation as assigned with minimal assistance.
• Perform packaging, loading of finished goods, and shipment within SOPs.
• Receive raw materials and maintain accurate production records.
• Assist in maintenance and lab analysis of materials and finished goods.
• Adhere to feed safety requirements and HACCP/GMP training and certifications.
