Job summary

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. in Mason City, IA is seeking a Resource Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 2:00pm–10:00pm) to oversee the production process from receiving raw materials to finished goods.

You will operate packaging equipment, manage warehousing, and assist with dryer operation while following GMP, HACCP, and all safety SOPs. Strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma / GED is required.
• Associate degree or technical certification in Manufacturing or related field is preferred.
• Experience with fermentation, mixing, or bulk material handling is a plus.
• Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all production activities during the assigned shift.
• Act as supervisor in the absence of the Operations Supervisor.
• Monitor production line parameters and ensure safety and quality.
• Oversee receiving, packaging, loading, and shipping of materials and finished goods.
• Maintain documentation and log sheets; ensure HACCP/GMP compliance.
