Job summary

Tosca Services, LLC is hiring a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Charlotte, NC. You will lead the service center’s daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity while coordinating shipping, receiving and scheduling.

You will drive a safety-first culture, develop a high-caliber team, oversee training and cost controls, and participate in GMP/SOP/EH&S compliance. 2nd shift hours are 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business or technical field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of related operations experience.
• Strong active listening, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
• Proven decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Collaborative team player with leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations at the Service Center, ensuring safety, quality and productivity.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, scheduling, and coordinate with maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.
• Champion a safety-first culture and ensure OSHA and Tosca safety policy compliance.
• Drive safety performance, report incidents, and set team safety goals.
• Lead and develop a production team through coaching and recognition.
• Monitor training on procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Control operational costs in line with budget goals.
• Lead quality programs and ensure GMPs, SOPs and EH&S standards.
• Facilitate daily production to meet customer demands and support peak periods.
