Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Supervisor, 2nd Shift in Charlotte, NC. The role oversees processing floor activities to meet schedules, ensure food safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement.

You will lead hourly staff, promote safety, and collaborate on training plans to advance products and processes. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory experience, strong leadership, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, loud, refrigerated setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of related supervisory experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with loud noise levels and refrigerated conditions.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Organize and direct work on the processing floor to ensure production schedules are met efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and cleanliness protocols to protect consumer health and company reputation.
• Monitor quality checks and implement improvements to meet quality goals and reduce risks.
• Lead and support hourly associates in safety, risk management, and operational activities to foster a safe and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with management to develop training plans and support continuous process and product improvements.
