Job summary

Tosca, based in Riverside, CA, seeks a Production Supervisor II to lead daily service center production operations. You will drive safety, quality, productivity, and employee development while partnering with site leadership to meet objectives.

The role requires 7+ years in manufacturing with 2+ years of supervisory experience, strong coaching and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office and production systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical field preferred.
• 7+ years of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or service center operations experience preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory or frontline leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion a safety-first culture; ensure OSHA and safety policy compliance.
• Drive world-class safety performance by identifying risks and leading corrective actions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing production team through coaching and accountability.
• Provide guidance to Leads, Team Leads, and less experienced supervisors to strengthen leadership.
• Oversee training, onboarding, cross-training, and skills development.
• Monitor production performance, staffing, labor use, and costs to meet site goals.
• Lead quality programs and ensure GMPs, SOPs, and EH&S standards.
• Facilitate daily production activities to meet customer requirements and adapt to demand.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, HR and site leadership to resolve challenges.
• Lead shift meetings and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
