Job summary

Tosca is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations at our Service Center, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity while developing the production team.

You will oversee shipping/receiving, scheduling, and coordinate with maintenance for smooth operations, with a focus on continuous improvement and cost control. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of ops experience are preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant business or technical field preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years of related operations experience

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations at the Service Center, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and team development
• Oversee shipping, receiving, scheduling, and coordinate with the maintenance team to keep operations running smoothly
• Foster a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with OSHA and Tosca safety policies
• Drive safety performance, report incidents, and set team safety goals
• Lead and develop a high-caliber production team through clear expectations, coaching, and recognition
• Oversee training on production procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Monitor and control operational costs in line with budget goals
• Lead quality programs and ensure compliance with GMPs, SOPs, and EH&S standards
• Facilitate daily production to meet customer demands, adapt during peak periods
• Hold weekly team meetings and drive continuous improvement
