Job summary

Tosca Services, LLC (US) is seeking a Riverside-based Production Supervisor II to lead daily service center operations on a 3rd shift. You will drive safety, quality, productivity, and employee development while partnering with site leadership to deliver consistent results.

The role requires coaching frontline supervisors, managing staffing and costs, and ensuring GMP, SOP, and EH&S compliance. This position offers growth opportunities in a dynamic production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 7+ years manufacturing, production, warehouse, or service center operations experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or frontline leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with safety, quality, training, employee development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and warehouse/production management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with OSHA, safety policies, and standards.
• Drive world-class safety performance by identifying risks and leading corrective actions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing production team through coaching and accountability.
• Provide guidance to Leads and supervisors to strengthen leadership capability.
• Oversee training, onboarding, cross-training, and skills development.
• Monitor production performance, staffing, labor utilization, and costs to achieve goals.
• Lead quality programs and ensure GMPs/SOPs and EH&S standards are met.
• Facilitate daily production activities to meet customer requirements and adapt to changes.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, HR, and site leadership to resolve challenges and drive performance.
• Lead shift meetings and drive continuous improvement initiatives for safety, quality, service, and productivity.
