Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or technical field.
• 7+ years manufacturing/production/ops experience preferred.
• 2+ years supervisory or frontline leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive results in fast-paced environment.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety culture and OSHA/compliance.
• Drive world-class safety performance and corrective actions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing production team.
• Support Leads and frontline supervisors to strengthen leadership.
• Oversee training, onboarding, and skills development.
• Monitor production performance, staffing, and costs to meet goals.
• Lead quality programs and GMP/SOP compliance.
• Facilitate daily production activities to meet customer needs.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, HR, and site leadership to resolve issues.
• Lead shift meetings and drive continuous improvement.
