Tosca Services, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Charlotte, NC. This role leads day-to-day manufacturing operations with a focus on safety, quality, productivity, and team development.

You will oversee shipping/receiving, scheduling, and coordinate with maintenance to keep lines running. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of operations experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Office and warehouse software.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations at Tosca Services' service center.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, scheduling, and coordinate with maintenance.
• Champion a safety-first culture and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Drive world-class safety performance, report incidents, and set team safety goals.
• Lead and develop a high-caliber production team through clear expectations, coaching, and recognition.
• Oversee training on production procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Monitor and control operational costs in line with budget goals.
• Lead quality programs and ensure GMPs, SOPs, and EH&S standards.
• Facilitate daily production to meet customer demands, flexing as needed.
• Hold weekly team meetings and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

As our Production Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day manufacturing operations at our Service Center, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and team development. You will oversee shipping, receiving, scheduling, and coordinate with the maintenance team to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

Pay and Perks:

• Base Salary:$70,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience
• Annual Performance Bonus:Target of 10% of base salary
• Quarterly Incentive Program:Eligibility for a salaried quarterly incentive plan tied to service center performance
