Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Supervisor in Eau Claire, Wisconsin to lead and direct our Production team on a 2nd shift. You will hire, train and direct entry-level production staff, ensure daily productivity and quality, manage inventory, and uphold safety standards.

This management role requires hands-on accountability for daily production flow and bottom-line results, with emphasis on safety culture and policy training for partners; position includes coordinating with maintenance and safety

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production team on a daily basis
• Hire, train, and direct entry-level production staff
• Meet daily productivity and quality requirements
• Maintain inventory control
• Uphold safety and OSHA compliance across the plant
• Train partners on company safety policies and reinforce a culture of safety
