Smithfield Foods, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift in Cudahy, WI. You will oversee the production process, ensure safety and quality, and drive efficiency on the line while coaching hourly employees and maintaining USDA standards.

You’ll lead safety audits, train teams on SOPs, and monitor yields and costs. The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to work long hours, including weekends when needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead production employees on 2nd shift to meet safety, quality, and production targets.
• Perform daily safety inspections and ensure HACCP and USDA compliance.
• Train, coach, and motivate team; lead monthly line meetings and walk the floor daily.
• Analyze yields and efficiencies to improve workflows and reduce downtime.
