Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead production employees on 2nd shift to meet safety, quality, and production targets.
• Perform daily safety inspections and ensure HACCP and USDA compliance.
• Train, coach, and motivate team; lead monthly line meetings and walk the floor daily.
• Analyze yields and efficiencies to improve workflows and reduce downtime.
