Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing or production experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to lead by example and promote teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production employees during daily operations.
• Monitor workflow and staffing to meet production goals.
• Promote and enforce safety procedures and company policies.
• Ensure employees follow quality standards and work instructions.
• Train, coach, and assist team members as needed.
• Address employee performance, attendance, and workplace concerns.
• Coordinate shift activities and communicate production updates with management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with onboarding and training new employees.
• Complete production reports and required documentation.
• Troubleshoot and help resolve day-to-day production issues.
