Job summary

Top Echelon LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift to lead the floor, ensure targets are met on time, and maintain safety and quality standards. You will train and coach hourly staff, manage yields and efficiencies, and collaborate with Operations to optimize workflows while adapting to fast-paced conditions and weekend work as needed. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with 2+ years relevant experience.
• Experience leading, training, coaching, or mentoring staff.
• Food/beverage manufacturing background preferred, or logistics/warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections on the production floor and address unsafe conditions.
• Lead safety audits and ensure HACCP and USDA compliance.
• Enforce food safety plans and train staff on safe operating procedures.
• Track yields, efficiencies, and variances; work with managers to improve workflows.
• Direct hourly production employees to meet safety, quality, and output goals.
• Lead monthly line meetings and walk the floor daily.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements to reduce costs.
