Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily poultry production on the floor, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while hitting targets. This frontline role requires hands-on coordination of team duties, equipment, and workflow.

You will train staff, manage schedules, monitor performance, and work with other departments to drive improvements. This position is on 1st shift with competitive pay and benefits after a short eligibility period.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED; college degree preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years in supervisory role, leading ~20 employees.
• Skills: English/Spanish bilingual preferred; strong communication; basic computer skills.

• Provide training and build a positive work environment to maximize quality and productivity.
• Organize manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules for efficient operations.
• Oversee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Encourage open communication and team involvement to boost morale.

• Ensure safety standards and promote a safe workplace.
• Take on additional responsibilities to support Plant Operations Team.
