Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift at our poultry production facility. You will lead on the floor, coordinate staffing, monitor equipment and workflow, and ensure high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

The role requires 1+ years of supervisory experience and strong communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, with opportunities for career development and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience overseeing 20 employees preferred.
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken communication; independent decision making.
• Basic computer knowledge; ability to manage multiple priorities; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
