Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift at our Live Oak location. In this role, you will lead daily operations in a poultry production facility, ensuring high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. Key responsibilities include training employees, managing production schedules, and collaborating with other departments for improvements.

Preferred candidates will have supervisory experience and skills in effective communication, decision-making, and leadership. Benefits include medical coverage after 60 days, paid time off, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in poultry or food industry.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong leadership skills for managing teams of 20+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Promote safety standards and ensure compliance.
