Job summary

Lozier is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in Indiana, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale goals are met. You will supervise teams and coordinate with departments to optimize material flow and order fulfillment.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in manufacturing/warehouse with leadership experience, plus strong communication and lean practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor degree in manufacturing, logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing/warehouse; 7+ if no degree.
• 2+ years in lead/supervisory role; strong communication and lean skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to meet SQDCM goals and drive continuous improvement.
• Supervise teams to optimize OEE, order accuracy, and labor efficiency.
• Enforce safety, quality (ISO 9000, APQP), and delivery commitments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and use of ERP/WMS systems.
• Lead lean initiatives and conduct root-cause investigations.
• Prepare area performance metrics and report KPIs.
