Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; technical degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing/production, with at least 1 year in supervision.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, OSHA safety, and quality standards (ISO/TS/IATF).
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams using collaborative, performance-based methods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP or MES familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor production team to ensure performance and accountability.
• Schedule and monitor daily work assignments and staffing levels.
• Conduct daily shift meetings and uphold safety, quality, and process standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and engineering to resolve issues.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives; support Kaizen events.
• Complete shift reports and performance metrics; support hiring decisions.
