Job summary

Multimatic in Butler, Indiana seeks a Production Lead Hand for the 2nd shift to supervise production associates and drive daily scheduling using SAP. You will lead safety and continuous improvement initiatives, review OEE data, and ensure operator training and proper documentation.

The role requires strong leadership, teamwork, and the ability to train new staff. You will also coordinate with the shift supervisor, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and ensure adherence to quality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to lead and train production operators.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production associates in the 2nd shift.
• Coordinate daily production scheduling using SAP and IMS.
• Lead safety initiatives and 5-why corrective actions.
• Review OEE data and ensure accuracy of raw data.
• Ensure correct training and documentation for all operators.
• Prepare shift notes and communicate issues to supervisor.
