Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma/GED with manufacturing experience; three years minimum for degree path or seven years for diploma path.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision for production employees in assigned area and manage staffing and performance records.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives across Worcester plant and related projects.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer delivery dates and material supply.
• Monitor productivity and quality to ensure targets are met and leverage Eaton systems for proper execution.
