Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• One year of supervisory work experience.
• Five years of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Staffs, develops, and maintains an effective workforce to accomplish department goals, including selection, training, and development.
• Directs work centers to optimize staffing, equipment, and material use within budget and quality standards.
• Owns overall performance of the assigned area and coordinates shift handoffs and staffing alignment with leadership.
• Maintains quality and quantity of parts to meet engineering specs and minimize scrap/rework.
• Analyze operating reports, control costs, and implement modern manufacturing methods to reduce costs and improve production quality.
• Manage attendance, time-off, and internal communications.
