Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd Shift at our Worcester, MA plant. This role offers a competitive salary range of $71,000 to $105,000 annually and involves supervising production staff, improving manufacturing processes, and ensuring quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of manufacturing experience and one year in a supervisory role. Strong leadership skills and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of manufacturing experience, or seven (7) years without a degree.
• Minimum of one (1) year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision for production employees in assigned area.
• Maintain departmental schedules and develop production plans.
• Monitor departmental productivity to meet quality and production levels.
• Engage employees in continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills

Lean Manufacturing experience/certification

Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite

MRP experience

Education

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution
