Responsibilities

• Train, upgrade, and evaluate operators’ skills; provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Maintain positive employee relations and adhere to labor contract provisions; apply disciplinary measures as needed.
• Keep accurate records of attendance, performance, and timecards for payroll.
