Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of Production Supervisor or Team Lead experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean transformation experience is preferred.
• Experience with production planning and SAP/SPC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage department operations and prioritize production requirements; facilitate shift activity and review in-process inventory to set machining priorities.
• Assign daily work schedules for direct and indirect labor; monitor performance related to safety, quality and productivity; coordinate maintenance to ensure safe operations.
• Coordinate associate clerical files (attendance, overtime, vacation, training) and manage department budgets; lead daily department meetings.
