Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train/mentor/manage associates to optimize department performance
• Oversee quality and productivity of departments
• Coordinate production schedules to meet goals
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and organization of departments
• Conduct meetings and communicate effectively across the organization
• Lead teams and work with engineering disciplines on technical issues
• Handle employee relations including interviewing and coaching
• Conduct performance reviews and manage staff development
• Collaborate as a team leader to achieve company objectives
• Prepare production reports and monitor performance metrics
