Dometic Group is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in our Litchfield, Illinois facility. You will oversee receiving, assembly, and packaging operations, focusing on production results and process improvement.

Responsibilities include planning, coaching, safety, HR policy adherence, and timekeeping while collaborating with Lean to improve efficiency. Growth opportunities exist in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing or production.
• Associates degree or higher in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Access, Outlook, etc.).
• ERP/MRP experience required; Fourth Shift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 2nd shift production results (order accuracy, inventory accuracy).
• Plan work, assign tasks and appraise results.
• Coach, train, and discipline team members on policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure safety program compliance.
• Manage employee timekeeping and HR policy compliance.
• Partner with Lean resources to drive efficiency improvements.
• Participate in additional projects as needed.
