Job summary

Lippert Components, Inc. in Goshen, IN, seeks an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead manufacturing lines and ensure on-time delivery and quality.

You will oversee 1–6 frontline employees, coordinate with materials, safety, and quality teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include assigning work, tracking performance, handling administrative tasks, enforcing safety policies, and maintaining 5S standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Proven leadership experience in a similar industry.
• Problem solving skills.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and manufacturing software; AX, and understand the Mobile Device and scanner.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product is produced and delivered on time.
• Troubleshoot downtime on line and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with supervisor, materials and powder coat on various issues.
• Directly responsible for production flow of assigned lines.
• Supervise assigned floor employees in operations, safety, continuous improvement and development.
• Complete and submit paperwork including days off requests, evaluations, corrective actions, and reports.
• Ensure Lippert Components quality standards are followed on lines.
• Participate in quarterly employee reviews and evaluations.
• Participate in disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
