Job summary

Lock Joint Tub is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead all aspects of shift operations, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement. You will provide frontline leadership, develop team capability, and ensure objectives are met in a safe, compliant environment.

The role requires hands-on presence on the production floor, coaching of employees, and coordination with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to optimize performance and drive accountability.

Qualifications

• Lead daily production activities and shift execution.
• Provide visible floor leadership throughout the shift.
• Develop, coach, and mentor employees.
• Drive accountability to safety, quality, and production standards.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and labor utilization.
• Lead problem solving and corrective actions to closure.
• Maintain accurate operational documentation and reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Training.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure effective shift handoff communication.
