Job summary

Liberty Diversified International (LDI) in Rock Island, IL, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and develop a manufacturing team in daily operations, safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will report to the Plant Superintendent and oversee scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews while advancing Lean projects. This role requires collaboration across departments to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 5+ years manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years supervisory or team lead experience.
• Ability to work weekends/holidays and additional hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations by directing production teams and meeting KPIs (safety, waste, quality).
• Coach and discipline staff; conduct performance reviews and maintain timekeeping records.
