Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Supervisor Production for our 2nd shift operation (Mon-Thu, 5pm-5am). You will train, coach, and guide hourly associates to ensure quality, safety, and cost targets in a manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities include leading daily activities, driving improvements, and maintaining schedules. Requires manufacturing experience and supervision of teams, with Lean/Six Sigma knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising hourly associates in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, Six Sigma, and Lean principles.
• Familiarity with SAP, CONA, SharePoint, PHRED, Kronos and Livelink is a plus.
• Must lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods; able to climb stairs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and motivate a team to meet quality and safety targets.
• Ensure daily/weekly/monthly objectives are set and communicated.
• Coordinate performance tools and drive continuous improvements.
• Schedule and manage resources; resolve production interruptions quickly.
• Train new employees on procedures and safe equipment use.
• Maintain staffing schedules and assign responsibilities.
• Provide reports on performance and progress, identify efficiency issues.
