Job summary

ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to train and guide hourly associates while driving quality, safety, efficiency and cost performance in a manufacturing plant. You will focus on weekly objectives and apply performance tools to achieve rapid improvements.

Shift is Tue-Fri with some Saturdays 3:30 pm – 2:30 am. Responsibilities include supervising production, maintaining quality standards, monitoring machine speeds, minimizing downtime, and ensuring safety policies

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required.
• 6–12 months related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production to achieve high productivity and quality.
• Maintain line productivity with no defects or errors.
• Monitor machine speeds and ensure procedural compliance.
• Communicate maintenance issues clearly and promptly.
• Ensure housekeeping and safety procedures are followed.
• Assist with staff orientation and training as requested.
• Follow Safety, Health, Environment and Quality policies.
• Support Hazard Mitigation and health&safety trainings.
